Right at the start of 2018, poresta systems introduced two new products from the level-access shower elements segment: Poresta® Loft and Loft S differ in particular from the other Poresta® shower area solutions due to the fact they are supplied with a finished surface.
This surface, consisting of high-quality mineral composite is combined with a pressure-resistant support plate made of EPS. The element has an integrated circumferential sealing sleeve with it, so that the shower area can be sealed directly to the wall and floor after installation. poresta systems also presents a new practical and well thought-out detail here: The corners of the sealing sleeve are shaped in such a way that they can be easily folded and sealed in.
Both new shower area solutions offer attractive options from a design perspective:
Poresta® Loft has centred point drainage, while the used shower water in the Poresta® Loft S runs into a shower channel. Flush to the floor despite gradients - both shower areas can thus be harmoniously integrated into the bathroom.
The perfect surface shaping of the shower elements directs the water to the discreet channel or the point drainage. The fine mineral composite ensures a silky feeling for the feet. In white and glimmering matt, the shower areas create a harmonious and consistent look.
The outlet and surface are easy to clean.
Sound test certificates according toDIN 4109 / VDI 4100 / ÖNORM B8115 / SIA 181 are available for Poresta® Loft and Loft S. The shower area can also be sealed in compliance with DIN 18534-1. Both shower elements are available in many dimensions.
The drainage capacity of Loft is 42 l/min. for both horizontal and vertical drainage, and for Loft S it is 30 l/min. in each case.  The minimum installation height for Loft with horizontal, super-flat outlet (as supplied) is 100 mm for a shower area size of 900 x 900 mm. For Loft S this is around 130 mm.
