Thus, for more than a year, we have been operating in full compliance with the legal requirements prohibiting the use of HBCD in our products.

These legal requirements include the following: 

• The POPs Listing (Persistent Organic Pollutants) specified by the Stockholm Convention applies outside the EU (including Switzerland) after 01 October 2014

• The REACH regulation applies within the EU as of 21 August 2015

In the meantime, we have eliminated all products containing HBCD from our stock. Thus, we can guarantee that our company no longer supplies products containing HBCD.
